• The recovery phrase is the ONLY way to restore access to your wallet
• We do not store your recovery phrase in plain text and cannot recover it for you
• Store your recovery phrase securely offline. Never share it with anyone

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Processing times vary by payment method (1 hour to 3 business days)
